What do the tiers include?

StageBuilder is free and includes the talk library, live timer, pipeline, and up to 3 saved talks. StagePro ($39/mo or $390/yr) adds a public profile, booking page, inquiry inbox, feedback, testimonials, one-sheet PDF, matching, and a directory listing. StageBoss ($79/mo or $790/yr) adds external gig discovery, featured placement, listing stats, unlimited seats, an agency roster, and no Marquee branding on your public pages. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

How does the trial work?

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start. You get full access to the plan you chose, including the directory listing if you picked StagePro. When the trial ends, you can add a card to continue. If you do not, your account moves to the free StageBuilder plan. Nothing is deleted.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from Settings at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You keep access to all paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free StageBuilder plan. Your data stays. You can resubscribe whenever you want.

Who can see audience data?

Only the speaker who ran the session and platform administrators. No other speaker, no organizer, and no other audience member can see an individual person's responses. The speaker can export the data as a CSV. An audience member can ask for their record to be deleted by emailing support.

How does a speaker get listed in the directory?

Directory listing is part of StagePro. Complete your profile in Settings, then submit it for review. A platform administrator reviews it to make sure it is real and complete, then publishes it. Once published, your profile is visible on the directory and indexable by search engines. You can pause your listing at any time.

Does posting an event cost anything?

No. Posting events and receiving applications is free for organizers. You can search the directory, shortlist speakers, and post as many events as you need at no cost.

Does The Marquee take a commission?

No. There is no commission on any booking. You negotiate fees directly with the other party and pay them directly. The Marquee only charges speakers for their subscription.

How do applications work?

Organizers post events to the board. Speakers find events that fit their expertise and apply with a pitch and proposed fee. The organizer sees the speaker's full profile and can shortlist, select, or decline. When a speaker is selected, they get an email and an entry in their inquiry inbox. Application limits depend on the speaker's plan: 2 per month on StageBuilder, 10 on StagePro, and unlimited on StageBoss.
